BENEFITS OF GOOD POSTURE

How many of you have heard this "Sit properly in the chair
" and you just ignore what they say and sit the way you like.I know  many of them do this and I too did the same before.It is really important to have a good posture,the way we sit and stand and it determines how well our body adapts to stresses like carrying weight or sitting in a bad position.When we don't have a good posture we can have many health problems and muscle tightness and our body takes too much energy to make the body keep in balance,which means, with our negligence we are making our body to work hard.
Poor posture can lead to many health problems such as joint problems,spine problems,muscle stretching and lungs become less efficient.It can also affect our emotional feelings.Poor posture can lead to Scoliosis,hunchback ,back pain as well.Many of us sit in front of the PC with their back not supported and neck arched which leads to poor posture.Sitting and standing in an awkward position also is another factor.

How to have a good posture?
When you stand straight, all the 33 vertebrates should be stacked in a straight line and from the sides there should be 3 curves.If this is proper then you body is in proper shape and allows you to move the body with less stress and fatigue.Make sure your neck should be vertical and not arched.Arms should in-tacked and feet should be 90 deg.

Make sure you keep your environment is such a way that you have a good posture.When you sleep,sleep sideways with a pillow between your legs.If you are carrying anything, keep it closer to the body.

Many of the teenage people used to carry side bags.This is another thing that can lead to bad posture.When you  carry the bag only on one side, you are putting too much pressure only on one side which is not good.So better carry a two side backpack and make sure it is close to your body.
