- Bell pepper(Red or Green).
- Eggs(one or two).
- Salt,cinnamon and pepper powder for taste.
Step 1:
Heat the pan and pour some olive oil or you can use cooking spray as well.
Step 2:
Once the pan is hot,place the sliced bell pepper in the pan and let bell pepper sizzle for 1 min.
Step 3:
Add the eggs in the middle of the bell pepper and add some salt, pepper and cinnamon for taste.
Step 4:
Let it cook for 5 min till the egg yolks firm and egg whites harden.
Step 5:
Take a spatula and slide it underneath the egg.
And there it is!!!Easy and healthy evening snack.
